It's Aida. I wanted to share the story I tell almost every time someone asks how RaZbaby got started... because it's equal parts silly and completely true.

It was 1999. I'd just had my second baby, and nothing on the market felt right for soothing her gums. Too bulky. Too hard to hold. Nothing hands-free. My sister Lidia and I were at lunch, venting about it, the way new parents do, when a raspberry on the dessert plate caught my eye.

"The texture, the shape, the softness — it was perfect. What if a baby teether felt like this?"

That afternoon, the idea for the RaZberry Teether was born. Within a few years, we were at trade shows, learning to run a company, and hearing from parents all over the country that it was helping their babies (and giving them a little peace of mind too).

Twenty-five years later, we're still at it. Now with our family by our side building with us. Still inspired by nature. Still building things we wish had existed when our babies were small.
